We replace a X12QCH motherboard for SYS-240P-TNRT, now the product part name show on BMC webgui is SYS-440P-TNRT, how to change it to correct product name.

It should be edit the BIOS SMBIOS information to correspond platform name, You can use SUM utility to get the DMI configuration data and edith the Prodcut Part Name string, then re-write back to motherboard.
