Will there be a problem if I mix 512n and 512e drives in SSG-6048R-E1CR60N?
The drives I have are
HDD-A4000-ST4000NM0034 512(512n)
HDD-A4000-ST4000NM0125 4K(512e)

The MegaRAID controller in your system supports the configuration of mixing 512n and 512e drives as long as the drives are in the Supermicro tested drive list.
4kn devices mixed with 512e/512n is not supported by MegaRAID.
