Supermicro has announced its latest workstation, the AS -5014A-TT. Based on the Threadripper Pro 3000WX series, this machine offers up to 64 cores and 128 PCIe 4.0 lanes, delivering ‘the speed and features traditionally found in dual-processor workstations.’
At CES 2021, Super Micro Computer, Inc. announced its own high core count workstation, the Supermicro AS-5014A-TT. This single socket, server-grade workstation leverages the AMD Ryzen Threadripper processor allowing it to have up to 64-cores. This shows a furthering of the commitment of Supermicro to AMD processors that they have been showing with AMD EPYC CPUs.
