Supermicro PCI-E Add-On Card for Intel's Virtual RAID on CPU (VROC)

The Supermicro NMVe AOC-VROCxxxMOD is a hardware key that enables your Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processor motherboard to unlock its Intel-based Hybrid RAID system. It is the best method for cost-effectively RAID-protecting your NVMe volumes. Plug the key into your MB’s VROC header and permanently unlock NVMe RAID protection.

The VROC key comes in three different offerings, based on type of drive (Intel vs Non-Intel) and desired RAID level.
