Question
I purchased an OOB license for my H13SSL-NT motherboard. When I uploaded the file to the OOB interface in License Management, it failed with error message “Please upload correct product key format. Click here to return”. I checked the MAC address and it’s correct. What could cause the issue and how to resolve it?

Please check the OOB file. There should be only one semi colon after the MAC address. If you see two semi colons, please delete one.
