Our X13DDW cannot boot up the Rocky 9.5 ISO image mounted through Virtual Media in UEFI mode.  How should we troubleshoot?

If you download the ISO file from Rocky website, the ISO supports both Legacy and EFI boot.  Check the Boot Mode of the BIOS, or press F11 and select the ATEN Virtual CD in UEFI mode to the ISO.
