I currently have two SYS-620P-TR servers. They are both running BMC version 01.01.46. I understand that CVE-2023-33413 was addressed in the latest release of the BMC firmware. Is there any security reason to update the BMC firmware?

You need to use BMC firmware rev. 1.04.02 or later to fix BMC security issue.
