SYS-751A-i stuck at DXE-BIOS PCI BUS ENUMERATION during BIOS Boot.

Informed customer to clear CMOS and fixed the issue.
1. Shutdown and unplug power cord. 
2. Remove coin battery for 5 minutes. 
3. Use metal (screw driver, ..) to short two JBT1 pads for 10 seconds. 
4. Put back coin battery and retest.
