SYS-1027R-WRF;
Customer has one PWS inserted, pending the other one replacement; bad one pulled-out. 
Customer is checking why front panel LED is blinking RED/BLUE alternating.
The Blue LED is indicating the UID check is activated. While the RED LED can be flagging one power supply is BAD.
You may need to reboot the server to turn-off RED LED. Once new supply is inserted it will be off.
