Question
MB: X11SCA-F. When using LINUX OS(Ubuntu, Debian), system shows tsc error "Marking clock source 'tsc' as unstable because the skew is too large" when booting up.
See the error by the commend: dmesg |grep -i tsc.

Enter BIOS and manually change C-state limit to C9
Advanced >> CPU Configuration >> Package C State Limit >> C9
