USB K/B & mouse are not working during the SUSE10 SP4(kernel:2.16) install, my M/B is X11SSM-F + Intel skylake CPU, how can we resolve this? please help.
Answer
Please enter BIOS to enable the "Install Windows 7 USB Support" function for USB K/B & mouse support for the SUSE 10_SP4 OS install.


After install finished OS, please install the USB driver(XHCI/EHCI driver)then reenter BIOS again to disable this "Install Windows 7 USB Support" item for the best USB speed performance and compatiblility.


BIOS setting path:

BIOS >> Advanced >> Boot feature >> Install Windows 7 USB Support >> Enable
