Question We have X9SRL-F. Smartmontools installation via SuperDoctor5 does not finish or finishes with the error " Install smartmontools failed: Connection Reset". Answer Download the latest smartmontools package from https://www.supermicro.com/wdl/GPL/smartmontools/windows/smartctl.zip. Extract the zip file and copy all(*.*) files into the [install folder]/libs/native. In text console, execute the "sdc -rd" command to detect the hardware configuration again. Was this FAQ helpful?
