Question
There are two fan speed control modes in X10SAE BIOS. For "Standard" mode, the technical manual says @50% of PWM Cycle. Does it mean that fan will be running at a fixed 50% PWM duty cycle?
Answer
No. The 50% duty cycle represents the initial fan speed when the board is booting and the temperature information is not available. Once the information becomes available, the fan speed will be automatically adjusted based on a preset speed control curve.
