Prior to returning merchandise, YOU MUST OBTAIN AN RMA NUMBER from Supermicro's RMA Department. |

Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returned products with no RMA number visible on the box may be returned. |

IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN ABUSED, IMPROPERLY USED OR ALTERED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, THE RMA NUMBER WILL BE VOIDED AUTOMATICALLY. THE MERCHANDISE WILL THEN BE RETURNED TO CUSTOMER AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE. |
